Trustee Meetings & Minutes

On this page, you are able to view meeting minutes, and listen to previous meetings. Inquiries should be directed to Fiscal Officer Dawn E. McDonald at dmcdonald@spencertownship.org. Agendas are generally available the Friday prior to a meeting. These postings are available for interested individuals, but are not required. Audios should be uploaded within a few days of the meeting. Minutes are approved at the next regular meeting of the Board of Trustees.

The Board of Trustees meets the first Thursday of every month (third Thursday if needed) at 7:00 PM in the Spencer Township Hall located at 630 North Meilke, Holland, Ohio 43528.
